Pancake Wednesday

 Sometimes we have leftover pancake batter from the weekend so we can quickly cook pancakes mid-week.

Mmmm... sweet potato-coconut-chocolate chip-pecan pancakes.

 It's good enough to make you want to kiss your brother.
