When we were in Atlanta last weekend, we invited our friends Deb and Shani to come play in our hotel pool with their kids Emerson and Elias, who are just a wee bit older than our kids. (They are all 9 months apart, except for Crusoe: Emerson was born as MB became pregnant with Finn; Finn was born as Deb became pregnant with Elias; Elias is 5 months older than Crusoe.)
Emerson had just learned how to swim... like 2 days earlier!
She was bravely trying new things.
