Finn: taking time to smell the sage.
Finn is 25 months old today, and she is full of wonder, excitement, and an eclectic array of new sayings, such as:
"Better hide; somebody's coming!" whenever she hears footsteps outside or one of us coming upstairs from the basement, or even Crusoe crawling down the hall. She then throws herself into some hiding place, often the couch, where she merely buries her head in the cushions and lies still. Surprisingly enough, it works, too. When she lies still and quiet on the couch, we have walked right by her and not seen her at all.
"Saturday; 2:30" Her favorite answers to any question about when something will happen.
Finn, when will you take a nap again? 'Saturday'
When can I dump your potty? 'Saturday'
What time did you wake up? '2:30'
Visiting Teddy & Kristen on their farm
Finn just noticed the waxing moon. She is always quick to point it out.
