here's the new spray-in bedliner we got for my truck.
'why'd you go and do that?' you ask...
aside from the facts that it is way better protection from rust and the like than the
plastic one and that i don't have to take it out to put the canoe rack back on ...
it's just plain sexy!
maribeth and the new chainsaw. there was this annoying maple stump that doesn't seem to quit trying to come back. in one last attempt to get rid of it, i took the new chainsaw to it. i didn't include the picture that shows the stump because it also illustrates my choice of apparel that is a bit more lax than the recommended steel-toed boots and chaps...
as i was digging through the roots of the stump, cursing and muttering under my breath, mixing and pouring cement for the uprights...
remi was busy playing on the stump that i cut off, trying to figure out where we should display it and suggesting that this be our christmas tree this year...

Wow, that does not look like Mo Rocca. Was he wearing some kind of cowboy shirt? Regardless, I'm jealous. Haven't listened to the show yet. Knowing you were there, I'm savoring it like a pint of Ben & Jerry's in the freezer. I know once I open it, it will be gone too soon.
ReplyDeleteAnd the Carriage House is looking good, too. I may hire you two to work on Fort Awesome in the ATL.
