we went to richmond for thanksgiving with mb's family with the (not-so) secret goal playing with sydney as much as we could. here we were on a walk down to the lake
how about those beautiful fall colors
as you may know from sydney's own blog, she isn't quite sure what to make of dogs. here we're playing fetch with rio. she would get the ball and throw it when rio wasn't around, but she didn't want him to bring it back to her. rio, the gentleman that he is, wanted to be fair and let everyone have a chance. sitting in a lap was a good compromise.

we took sydney to the library for mother goose story time and hung out a while after to play
aunt remis lap makes for a good theme park ride
aunt b never could resist those wire-bead mazes
